Services are billed as per the contract. Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of scheduled services. Third-party vendor fees are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Contracts may be terminated by either party with written notice as specified in the service agreement. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infinity Entertainment Productions, LLC is registered.
